Spring is finally here! Warmer and wetter air and longer days, wonderful!

My routine usually changes slightly when winter turns into spring. I become even more careful with sunscreen and I reduce acids that can make the skin sensitive to the sun's strong rays. I also focus a lot on products that strengthen my skin barrier and prevent damage and pigment spots.

Face Morning:

For the Hair:

Evening routine:
. Gentle Black Deep Cleansing Oil - Apply to dry skin, with or without makeup. massage gently in small circles over the face. Rinse with lukewarm water.

. 5a Control Clearing Cleansing Foam - Squeeze a suitable amount into a wet hand and massage the face gently with circulating movements. Rinse with warm water.

. Gentle Black Sugar Facial Polish - Use 1-3 times / week by applying a small amount on dry, cleansed skin. If you have sensitive skin, it can be mixed with a little water or toner in the palm of your hand. Tip: Use together with Gentle Black Cleansing Oil for an extra thorough cleaning (mix in the palm of your hand before application).

. Vegan Kombucha Tea Essence - Apply by pouring an appropriate amount into the hand and gently patting the essence with the palms of the skin. finish by gently pressing the palms of the mother skin for approx. 30 seconds to lock in moisture.

. Freshly Juiced Vitamin Drop - Start using this 1-2 times a week and increase by one day each week. It is always important to use sunscreen and especially important when using vitamin c products that can make the skin sensitive to the sun. For normal or combination skin - fill half a dose in the dosing spout, drip all over the face and massage in. For sensitive skin, drip 2-3 drops on the skin and massage in. For very sensitive skin: mix a few drops of serum with your moisturizer and massage into the face.

. Fundamental Awakening Eye Gel - Apply a small amount around the eye area by gently dabbing with your fingers until the eye gel has been absorbed. Follow up with serum and moisturizer.

. Even & Clear Sheet Mask - Applied to cleansed face after toner. Place the mask over the face and leave on for 10-20 minutes. Remove the mask and pat the remaining essence into the skin until it feels completely absorbed. Do not reuse the mask, but discard after use.

. Midnight Blue Calming Cream - Apply this as the last step in your skincare routine, applying a small amount on the areas that are irritated or sensitive. If you use the cream in the morning, let it sink completely into the skin before applying make-up.

Morning routine:
. Gentle Black Deep Cleansing Oil - Apply to dry skin, with or without makeup. massage gently in small circles over the face. Rinse with lukewarm water.

. 5a Control Clearing Cleansing Foam - Squeeze a suitable amount into a wet hand and massage the face gently with circulating movements. Rinse with warm water.

. Hydra Enriched Ampoule - Spread 3-4 drops of the ampoule evenly over the entire face. Finish with moisturizer to lock in all the moisture.

. Hyal Reyouth Moist Sun - Apply a thin, all-purpose layer as the final step in your morning routine. Tip! Mix with your bb-Cream or Foundation on the back of the hand before application or apply just before applying your base make-up. For a moisturized, protected and fresh skin all day, all year round!


Hair routine:
. Tea Tree Scalp Treatment - Squeeze the hair properly after shampooing. Apply a copious amount to hair and to the scalp. Massage gently and rinse thoroughly with warm water.

. Miracle Soothing Serum - Use after shampooing in towel-dried hair. Apply an appropriate amount throughout the hair. Protects the hair from heat and gives a long-lasting shine.
