GLOWiD’s founder Cecilia Ortmark Söder has previously lived in Seoul, Korea and it was where the ambition to bring Korean skincare to Sweden started to grew. Cecilia wants more people to be able to benefit from effective and gentle products for a good price and get the famous smooth, radiant skin that she often saw and experienced in Korea. 

At GLOWiD, we have continuous contact with the manufacturers in Korea to test new products and get information about both new trends and innovations in Korean skincare to always be updated and at the forefront. 



Why Korean skin care?
Korea is in many ways the new skin care superpower and is many years ahead of the rest of the world in skin care innovation. Koreans are the most discerning beauty consumers in the world and Korean beauty brands are known for using gentle and natural ingredients. This combined with new technology makes for effective products that are also very kind to the skin.

Examples of skin care innovations from Korea include BB cream, BB cushion, CC cream, sheet masks, face and eye masks, essences and ampoules.

Cecilia's ambition was therefore to bring Korean skin care to Sweden, so that more people can benefit from effective, gentle products at a good price and get that famous smooth, radiant skin that she so often saw & experienced in Korea.
