Compressed cotton ball: Has been created specifically for use on toner by helping the product to be absorbed more easily into the skin and thus clean better.
Sponge cotton pad: This cotton pad is similar to a sponge, so it collects toner and presses it into the skin, unlike the regular cotton pad which simply absorbs most of the product.
USE
After cleaning, soak the compressed cotton ball with toner and gently wipe your face to remove any remaining dirt. Then soak the sponge cotton pad with toner and pat gently into the skin.
